Kavos Hotel Naxos - Stelida (Naxos)

The hotel features beautifully decorated Cycladic-style stone buildings linked by winding paths, which enhanced my comfort and relaxation .

More seating options in common areas would be appreciated.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, recently renovated and neat room with a personal safe, air conditioner, and a sofa bed.

The hotel's location provided fine sunsets over the blue waters.

There was limited parking availability, and the area could benefit from marked parking bays to efficiently use the space.

The studio suite is spotless and updated. There is a central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV - that's always a plus. Amazing service, the breakfast is delicious and marvellous. I truly enjoyed very welcoming and pleasant personnel that ensures guests have a very relaxing stay👌

Recently refurbished and neat room, with a beautiful bathroom including a marble shower, exceptional staff. Marvellous and stunning location in the beautiful area, very close to a lovely harbour, a lovely hill with stunning views of the hills and beaches below which are particularly good for sunsets and gardens spanning the entire grounds which adds an exotic feel to the property.

A lovely view from the room, but where's the English TV? Just woudl ve been nice. Then there was that pool- didn't anyone notice the water stain it left on my swim trunks? I almost gave a good review, but I expected a complimentary gesture for enduring these annoyances. Disappointed, .

The staff was really good, from Mrs Barbara to the restaurant and cleaning team they were all friendly and helpful 😊 The breakfast with fresh fruits, homemade granola, and lovely jams was the best way to start the day. The outdoor spaces provided fine views and a great atmosphere for relaxation.

While the location offers beautiful vistas, the walk to town might be a bit much for some guests, especially if you're traveling with kids.

The outdoor dining area was a hit for our family dinners, especially with the fresh seafood dishes. Just a heads up, bringing some mosquito repellant is a good idea. Loved every minute!

Great poolside snack bar and fantastic welcome drink. Wi-Fi was spotty sometimes.

What's great and what's not

The staff were friendly! The delicious food at the on-site restaurant consistently beat local dining options.

Only a 10-minute walk to the beach, but the surrounding area felt a bit isolated.

The Beautiful Studio with Sea View offered fine vistas from a private terrace, perfect for soaking in the surroundings. The spacious room featured a kitchenette, made it easy to whip up quick meals for the family, while the immaculate bathroom showcased a marble shower with plenty of room to move around.

The pool water could leave a pale green stain on swimwear, likely due to chlorine treatment, and while some might prefer a cooler swim, the pool felt warmer than expected during the heat. Mosquitoes were an occasional nuisance in the early mornings and evenings, so having repellant handy is a must.

It was just a decent option for a weekend breather in Stelida (Naxos) with good value. The breakfasts by the pool were fantastic and a great way to start each day. Bring some mosquito repellent. They were a bit of a nuisance at night.
